Greece Here are some very ancient photographs of taken in 1981. The camera was not all that good; the only saving grace is that it could fit into your pocket. The quality of photo that it took was like one gets in a photo-booth. They are a bit naff.
Here are some photos that were taken with a much better camera in the early 1990's.
A ruined house in Plaka
Here is a painting of Hydra by my brother in law. I thought it a really great painting, so I took a photo. I have not been to Hydra, but I heard some good things about it.
I suppose that I could add some snapshots of the Acropolis, but it is a bit old hat. If you go around the ruin, however, you will find some amazing bits of masonry like I found here. The carving is absolutely perfecto!. Sheer artistry went into this.
